I was changing the transformer for my ring video doorbell pro because i was having power issues where the doorbell would freeze when someone rang it. Support eventually said my ring pro was defective and to order a replacement. Ring doorbell 2 setup fails solid white light no spinner very odd but removing the battery and re inserting it fixed the issue. Since then i have replaced my transformer doorbell chime to a compatible one listed on their site and even replaced the ring pro with another one and i m still getting the same exact issue rapidly spinning white circle.
